Mobility classes Tuesdays and Fridays at 6pm from May the 18th.
Instructed by Katy, an experienced physical therapist, these mobility classes consist of body weight strengthening exercises which target the commonly weak areas and flexibility training to target the commonly tight areas.
This combination is designed to increase your range of motion, build core strength and improve stability in the joints. Ultimately helping you to move more freely, reduce risk of injury, improve postural imbalances and enhance your performance in your sport/hobbies or daily activities.
