Mobility is the combination of flexibility and strength in the muscular system, resulting in the ability to actively move joints through a full range of movement. This course will provide you with a full body activation and stretch programme to help you loosen up tight areas of restriction and begin to improve strength in common areas of weakness.
Every Sunday evening from 8th of November for 4 weeks you will be sent an email with 3 mobility sessions for you to do over the week in your own time. These will have clear instructions, pictures and video demonstrations and I will also be on hand to answer any questions and help to keep you on track.
This is a general mobility programme suitable for beginners which will introduce you to the fundamentals of mobility training. More area specific courses will available soon.
