Katy Davies: Founder   and lead therapist

Clinical massage, sport massage, mobility coaching and corrective exercise

My background of work prior to sports massage has been rather varied, however they have always been centred around helping other people. When I became a mum in 2013 I wanted to find a career that would enable me to be my own boss. I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and love to find solutions to problems so when I then found a love for the health and fitness industry, I just knew that I could merge all these passions and interests and began my journey into physical therapy...
I am passionate about helping people, whether its with postural issues from repetitive/strenuous jobs, assisting with recovery, injury prevention for sports, general aches and pains or increasing relaxation and wellbeing. The hands on techniques are incredibly effective at freeing up tight tissues which will release tension, reduce pain, balance posture and restore function/ range of movement in joints. You don’t need to be involved in sports in order to benefit from a treatment as the techniques I use treat the soft tissues of the body, which everyone has so pretty much any one can benefit from my therapy and this is why I love what I do!

Hayley owner of Equine Wellbeing Co

Human and  Equine sport massage therapist

Hi, my name is Hayley and I am a qualified Human and Equine Sports massage therapist. Ever since I could remember I have had a love for two things, horses and science. For the last 10 years I have been involved in supporting the community as a social worker. Although I loved this work, for me it was time to combine my want to support people with my passion for anatomy, physiology and biomechanics.

As a rider I know the direct impact of my own musculoskeletal injuries, issues and asymmetries have both on my physical health and my horse Fergus. Through physical therapy I have made fundamental physical changes to do the things I love in my life. It has eradicated pain, improved my riding and most importantly lessened the impact on Fergus. It's from my own experiences which drives me to want to support and empower my clients on their own journeys towards better physical wellbeing so they can continue to what they love to do.
